His mother usually drives him and his sister Linda to school. When the weather is fine, they sometimes go to school on their bikes. My classmate Tom lives very far from the school. He takes the bus on school days. He leaves home at about 6：40 a. m. and gets to school at about 7:30 a. m.

I am Sue. I live on a small island, with only 20 houses. My school is on a big island. My brother Peter and I go there on a small boat. There are usually 10 people on the boat. The boat trip takes about 30 minutes when the weather is fine. The boat doesn't work when the weather is bad. On those days, I do my schoolwork at home.
